If you require a room for a shorter period of time, for recruitment interviews etc, please give us a call, and we will happily advise on rates and availability.
Evening meetings are also available, details available on request.
An additional charge of £20 per hour will be made should the meeting exceed the above times.
Should a morning meeting extend beyond 1pm or an afternoon meeting commence prior to 1pm, a full day's room hire charge will be made, irrespective of the length of the meeting.
If delegate numbers exceed those stated at the time of booking, a proportionate additional charge will be made for the extra people, if these exceed the meeting room capacity.
Room hire includes teas and coffees, one bottle each of still and sparkling water and fruit cordials.
Flip chart stands, paper and pens are provided along with projector screen and internet access.
